Can I buy flags outside of eBay for a cheaper price?
Yes! eBay charges me 10% off every sale (including shipping costs); a cost I don’t incur when I sell direct to you. If you wish to buy direct, please contact me via email ([email protected]). Provide the following information: your shipping address and the type and quantity of flags you wish to purchase. I will then send you an invoice direct from PayPal. You can pay via your PayPal account or if you don't have an account, you can use a credit card. Once your payment has posted to the account, I will ship your flags out to you. I can also sell direct to you without fees if we do a "person to person" transaction with PayPal, Venmo, or ApplePay. Contact me for information.
How is your security?
Excellent. When you buy a flag and input your personal information and credit card information it is done off site directly with PayPal so you can shop with confidence. I don’t have access to your credit card and personal information beyond your name and address (I do need to ship it to you!), so don’t worry!
Why PayPal?
PayPal had the easiest set up process to sell the flags. They are well known and have a good and solid reputation when it comes to security. This protects you and me. They also have a direct link for shipping via USPS which makes it easy and ensures fast shipping for you!
Do I need to have a PayPal account?
No! If you do have a PayPal account you can choose to pay direct which will speed up the process on your end. But, no need to sign up for an account! PayPal can process your credit card information direct without an account.
Do you sell other flags or products?
No, the flags on this website are the only ones I have produced so far. I have a few ideas as to other flags but am always willing to hear from you! Drop me an email and if I have enough interest in a particular flag, I will consider adding it to the list.
Do you sell US, state, or international flags?
No and I don’t intend to. There are so many companies out there that sell these flags at a good price that I just can’t compete or desire to. I would not be able to order the number of inventory to keep the price down to a reasonable amount. I only intend to offer flags not available anywhere else. I encourage you to see our Links page for some of my favorite flag companies.
Do you advertise or sell to other companies?
No. I don’t have the budget to advertise. Hopefully by word of mouth I can reach others who are interested in my flags. I also don’t sell wholesale so this website is the only place you will find these products. Although I do have an EBay and Facebook site, both of them link back to SignalFlags.US. If you see other flags out there, they are not mine.
Where are you based out of?
The guest room at my house! I don’t have a show room or physical store and don’t have a large operation. As a military family, we move around a lot so our “location” changes based on where we live at the time.
Do you have a phone number?
No. My dog handles all correspondence and although she is good with email, can’t master a smart phone as of yet. Please drop me a line via email and I promise to get back to you ASAP.
